IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA ...SCOTLAND COUNTY AT 810 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SCOTLAND COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
