THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF COLORADO
      NORTH CENTRAL LAS-ANIMAS

 THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TOWNS AND CITIES...THATCHER
 AND DELHI.

AT 250 PM MDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS IN NORTH CENTRAL
LAS-ANIMAS COUNTY 12 MILES WEST OF THATCHER...OR ABOUT 22 MILES
NORTHEAST OF TRINIDAD. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST 10 MILES AN HOUR.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
