AM THIS MORNING. RAIN GAGES WEST OF PHOENIX INDICATED ONE HALF TO ONE
INCH OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR ENDED AT 4 AM. A REPORT FROM JUST NORTHEAST
OF BUCKEYE INDICATED OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN UP TO 430 AM.
 
THESE SHOWERS ARE MOVING EAST...BUT WILL LIKELY TAKE UNTIL AFTER THE
MORNING RUSH HOUR TO PASS THE PHEONIX AREA.
 
URBAN FLOODING IS OVERFLOW OF CITY STREETS AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS...
ENOUGH TO FLOOD RESIDENCES AND BUSINESSES AND CLOSE CITY STREETS.
