THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 PM PDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF WASHINGTON
      YAKIMA...WESTERN BENTON

HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE TO BE REPORTED IN THE SUNNYSIDE...PROSSER
AREAS AT 10 AM PDT.  FLASH FLOODING DOWN GULLIES ALONG RATTLESNAKE
RIDGE IN EASTERN YAKIMA AND WESTERN BENTON COUNTIES REMAINS A
THREAT UNTIL EARLY AFTERNOON.  IN ADDITION, HEAVY SHOWERS WILL
CONTINUE TO PRODUCE URBAN FLOODING IN TOWNS OF YAKIMA AND WESTERN
BENTON COUNTIES UNTIL EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON TUESDAY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
