IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA...BEDFORD...SOMERSET. AT 516 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOMERSET COUNTY. IT IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
