SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA...ALLEGHENY WESTMORELAND AND FAYETTE.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM FOR SOMERSET
COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR IN PROGRESS.
DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING MEANS YOU CAN EXPECT DAMAGING WIND...
