FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE
 
   ...BROOKE COUNTY...HANCOCK COUNTY...OHIO COUNTY
 
AT 1215 PM...THE PITTSBURGH WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER SOUTHEASTERN OHIO. THESE STORMS WILL BE
MOVING INTO THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA DURING THE NEXT
HOUR AND WILL PRODUCE DOWNPOURS HEAVY ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLOODING.
