THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR
PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES
IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY
SOUTHERN WARREN...HUNTERDON..SOMERSET..MIDDLESEX..MONMOUTH
A POTENTIALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS BEING FOLLOWED ON RADAR IN THE
VICINITY SOUTH OF ALLENTOWN PENNSYLVANIA AT 3 PM EDT. THIS STORM WILL
MOVE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MILES AN HOUR AND MIGHT CONTAIN STRONG
WIND GUSTS TO OVER 55 MILES AN HOUR ALONG WITH LARGE HAIL AND HEAVY
RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...FIND SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
