AT 620 PM CDT PERSONS IN CARTHAGE TENNESSEE REPORTED HEAVY GUSTY WINDS
HAD BLOWN DOWN SEVERAL TREES KNOCKING OUT ELECTRICAL AND TELEPHONE
SERVICE.  RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING THROUGH SMITH
