THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      DODGE

AT 1155 PM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING OVER DODGE COUNTY
ABOUT 50 MILES NORTHEAST OF OMAHA.  DUE TO SATURATED GROUND AND
HI WATER LEVELS ON THE MAPLE CREEK...FLASH FLOODING WILL LIKELY
OCCUR IN DODGE COUNTY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
HAS BEEN REPORTED.  RESIDENTS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS.
DO NpOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS BY FOOT OR BY AUTO.

PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA...ESPECIALLY CAMPERS...SHOULD SEEK HIGHER
GROUND WITHOUT DELAY.  MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION IN APPROACHING
LOW AREAS OF ROADS.
