THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      NORTHERN BROWN

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITIES OF NEW ULM...SLEEPY EYE...AND EVAN.

RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 30 TO 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MANKATO...IN THE VICINITY OF NEW ULM AND SLEEPY EYE.

THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS DRIFTING SLOWLY TOWARD THE WEST AND NORTHWEST.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY
RAIN...AND LIGHTNING.
