000 TTAA00 KMOB 232107 SVRMOB ALC097-232215- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOBILE AL 408 PM CDT THU AUG 23 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA ...SOUTHERN MOBILE COUNTY MOBILE RADAR AT 405 PM CDT SHOWED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTH OF MOBILE. THE STORM WAS DRIFTING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH. THE STORM SHOULD MOVE INTO MOBILE BAY WITHIN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES. MARINE INTERESTS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THE STORMS PASSES. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
