IN CENTRAL FLORIDA ...LAKE COUNTY...WESTERN ORANGE COUNTY AT 515 PM A REPORT OF 25 FOOT OAK TREES DOWN WAS REPORTED BY WALT DISNEY WORLD FROM A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 10 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 58 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. FOR ;YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.

AT 425 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH...AND POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL EXTENDING FROM JUST EAST OF KISSIMMEE TO NEAR LAKE APOPKA WEST OF ORLANDO. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTH AT 15 MPH. DURING THE NEXT HOUR THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE METRO ORLANDO AREA AND INTO NORTH LAKE COUNTY.
