IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS ...ECTOR COUNTY AT 1015 PM CST...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH HAIL...AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...BETWEEN ODESSA AND GOLDSMITH. MOVEMENT WAS NOT DETERMINED.
