...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP NEAR THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS...

AT 230 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO
DEVELOP NEAR THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS. THESE STORMS
WERE SCATTERED FROM SOUTH OF FORT STOCKTON TO NEAR FORT DAVIS.
THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS 20 MILES EAST OF FORT DAVIS.

VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS DETECTED.

THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS...DEADLY LIGHTNING
AND VERY HEAVY DOWN POURS OF RAIN. DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT...FLOODING
CAN OCCUR IN LOW LYING AREAS VERY FAST.

ELSEWHERE...THUNDERSTORMS AND RAIN SHOWERS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE
WIDELY SCATTERED BETWEEN LUBBOCK AND SAN ANGELO.
THESE SHOWERS WERE MOVING NORTH AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.
