IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS ...MIDLAND COUNTY AT 340 PM CDT THE PUBLIC REPORTED 1 3/4 INCH HAIL JUST NORTHEAST OF MIDLAND WITH WINDS ESTIMATED AT 50 MILES AN HOUR. RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTHEAST OF MIDLAND MOVING SOUTH 10 MILES AN HOUR. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
