AT 230 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NORTH OF SEMINOLE TO SOUTHWEST OF HOBBS NEW MEXICO THEN SOUTH TO NORTHWEST OF PECOS. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE ALSO SCATTERED FROM NORTHWEST OF IRAAN TO WEST OF OZONA AND NORTHWEST OF SONORA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...STRONG WINDS...SMALL HAIL...AND SOME FLOODING OF LOW AREAS. THUNDERSTORMS WERE WIDELY SCATTERED OVER THE SOUTH PLAINS...NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN...
