IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS ...CENTRAL AND WESTERN WINKLER COUNTY AT 955PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS JUST EAST OF THE CITY OF WINK AND JUST SOUTH OF THE CITY OF KERMIT. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. D_O NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
