MILES SOUTH OF CARLSBAD NEW MEXICO. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS ABOUT
15 MILES IN DIAMETER AND WAS MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THE
TOWNS OF BLACK RIVER VILLAGE, LOVING AND MALAGA ARE IN THE PROJECTED
PATH OF THIS STORM.
