IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS ...WINKLER COUNTY...INCLUDING THE CITY OF WINK AT 625 PM CST...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTH OF WINK TEXAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
