AT 457 PM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR IN EXTREME
NORTHERN UPTON COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN
HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO MIDLAND COUNTY WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR.
 
TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
