AT 424 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING ONE MILE SOUTH OF
MIDLAND. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE SLOW MOVING BUT PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL RAPIDLY. SEEK SHELTER OR HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

AT 1025 AM CDT...A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN INDICATED HAD
DEVELOPED 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF HOBBS NEW MEXICO. THUNDERSTORMS...
SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AND RAINSHOWERS WERE SCATTERED FROM NORTHWEST
OF LUBBOCK TEXAS TO NORTHWEST OF FORT DAVIS TEXAS AND COVERED THE EXTREME
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NEW MEXICO.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST 10 MILES AN HOUR.
