FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS
 
   ...SOUTHWESTERN REEVES COUNTY
 
AT 555 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
MOVING INTO THE AREA WEST OF BALMORHEA. THIS AREA HAS ALREADY FLOODED
IN THE PAST THREE DAYS FROM HEAVY RAINS AND THE GROUND IS STILL PARTLY
COVERED WITH STANDING WATER.
 
PERSONS DRIVING ON INTERSTATES 10 AND 20 IN THIS AREA SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR WATER RUNNING OVER THE ROADS.
 
THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
