IN WEST ARKANSAS ...MONTGOMERY COUNTY AT 630 PM CDT...THERE WAS A PUBLIC REPORT OF A TORNADO ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NORMAN ARKANSAS...MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. A MOBILE HOME WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND THERE WAS SOME TREE DAMAGE. SEVERAL WITNESSES REPORTEDLY SAW THE TORNADO TOUCH DOWN BRIEFLY. 28
