A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS IS UNDER A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH UNTIL
400 PM THIS AFTERNOON.

AT 1030 AM...A COLD FRONT WAS MOVING THROUGH PORTIONS OF WESTERN
ARKANSAS AND STRETCHED FROM NEAR HARRISON TO NEAR MENA. STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING ALONG THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY AND WILLC
CONTINUE TO ADVANCE ACROSS THE STATE TODAY.

AS CONDITIONS BECOME MORE UNSTABLE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN
AREAS OF THE STATE TODAY...THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE

400 PM THIS AFTERNOON.

AT 1130 AM...A LARGE AREA OF RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS COVERED THE
NORTHWESTERN HALF OF ARKANSAS. STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
THROUGH PARTS OF POPE...CONWAY...AND PERRY COUNTIES.

A COLD FRONT CONTINUES TO ADVANCE INTO ARKANSAS...AND THE STRONGEST
THUNDERSTORMS ARE IN A LINE NEAR THE SURFACE FRONTAL BOUNDARY. THE
COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO REACH CENTRAL ARKANSAS AROUND 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON.

THE MOST UNSTABLE CONDITIONS ARE EdXPECTED TO OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON IN
PARTS OF SOUTHERN AND EASTERN ARKANSAS...THUS THE THUNDERSTORMS ALONG
