THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF NEBRASKA
      LINCOLN

AT 917 PM CDT BASEBALL SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF
NORTH PLATTE BY THE LINCOLN COUNTY SHERIFF.  THIS WARNING INCLUDES
THE CITY OF NORTH PLATTE.  THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAS AT 30 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY
HEAVY RAIN...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...

IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. THE STORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF
OGALLALA OR ABOUT 46 MILES WEST OF NORTH PLATTE NEBRASKA. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 15 MPH. DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
STORM. PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD THE WEATHER SITUATION
CAREFULLY.
