AT 945 PM CDT NORFOLK RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 25
MILES EAST OF ONEILL IN WESTERN KNOX COUNTY MOVING EASTNORTHEAST
AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY AFFECT THE TOWNS OF VERDIGREE
AND CENTER.

AT 510 PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY OVER SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS JUST NORTH OF MCCOOK OR ABOUT 50 MILES SOUTH OF NORTH PLATTE. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS INTENSIFYING AND MAY PRODUCE PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL ALONG WITH STRONG WINDS AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN. ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COVERED A LARGE PART OF PERKINS AND CHASE COUNTY OF SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS INTENSIFYED OVER THE PAST HOUR AND MAY PRODUCE SOME SMALL HAIL ALONG WITH WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MILES AN HOUR. THE THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA HAVE MOVED NORTHEAST LEAVING SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND STILL DRY.
