SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA
          ...CANDLER...TATTNALL
 
AT 835 AM EST SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE INDICATED BY SAVANNAH WEATHER
RADAR 10 MILES OF METTER...5 MILES WEST OF VIDALIA...AND 5 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF GLENNVILLE. THE SEVERE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST
AT 45 MILES AN HOUR. THESE STORMS HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF PROCUCING
DAMAGING WINDS ACROSS CENTRAL GEORGIA THIS MORNING.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
