AT 12:55 PM CDT...JACKSON RADAR WAS SHOWING AN AREA OF SCATTERED TO
NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS IN A 40 MILE WIDE BAND WHICH STRETCHED FROM
HOLLANDALE TO LEAKSVILLE.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS IN THIS AREA
WERE LOCATED BETWEEN HOLLY BLUFF AND YAZOO CITY AND BETWEEN MAGEE AND
LAUREL.

ALL OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS
ALONG WITH SMALL HAIL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AS THEY MOVE SOUTHEAST

STRETCHED FROM HOLLANDALE TO LEAKESVILLE.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS
IN THIS AREA WERE BETWEEN HOLLY BLUFF AND FLORA AND BETWEEN MAGEE AND
RICHTON.  TO THE WEST OF THE STATE...A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR OAK GROVE IN LOUISIANA.

ALL OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS
ALONG WITH SMALL HAIL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AS THEY MOVE SOUTHEAST
AT 10 MPH.

BOATERS ON BARNETT RESERVOIR SHOULD BE ALERT AS THE THUNDERSTORMS IN
