JACKSON RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF WEST MISSISSIPPI. A
SERIES OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING OVER WARREN COUNTY ALONG A WARM
FRONT IN THE VICINITY. THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK OVER THE
WARREN COUNTY AREA INTO THE AFTERNOON...CONCENTRATING RAINFALL IN THAT
AREA.
 
 
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO CROSS BRIDGES OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  NEVER
