THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 115 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      SOUTHERN WINNEBAGO...NORTHERN OGLE

THIS AFTERNOON AT 1240 CDT RADAR WAS SHOWING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
NEAR BYRON IN OGLE COUNTY ILLINOIS. THIS IS ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTH
WEST OF ROCKFORD. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT
40 MILES AN HOUR.
