EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

OHIO... ASHLAND                                      
                                                     
AT 255 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE SEVERE 
THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTH OF ASHLAND OHIO. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS     
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH

THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS..HAIL..HEAVY RAIN..
