THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SMALL STREAM
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      GREENE...MONTGOMERY...PREBLE

AT 100 PM A BAND OF HEAVY RAIN HAD BEGUN TO MOVE INTO SOUTHERN
PREBLE AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES IN WESTERN OHIO.  THE MONTGOMERY
COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT HAD REPORTED THAT TWIN CREEK IN THE
SOUTHWEST PART OF THE COUNTY WAS READY TO SPILL OUT OF ITS BANKS.
CENTRAL DISPATCH IN GREENE COUNTY REPORTED THAT THE LITTLE MIAMI
RIVER NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF SR725 AND US42 WAS JUST SPILLING
OUT OF ITS BANKS.  WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL EXPECTED...FLOODING
OF SMALL STREAMS ACROSS PREBLE...MONTGOMERY AND PREBLE COUNTIES
IS LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
