NORTHERN KENTUCKY HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO AND ONE-HALF INCHES
OF RAINFALL SINCE MONDAY MORNING. ON ALREADY SOAKED GROUND...MORE
RAIN IS ON THE WAY AS AN AREA OF MODERATE RAIN WILL BE MOVING OVER
SOUTHEAST INDIANA AND THE WESTERN HALF OF NORTHERN KENTUCKY THIS
AFTERNOON. THIS IS LIKELY TO CAUSE SMALL STREAMS TO FLOW OUT OF THEIR
BANKS THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WdATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
