THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      MIAMI

AT 600 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SLOW
MOVING THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHERN MIAMI COUNTY OHIO THAT WAS
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS OF RAIN.

MINOR STREET FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN TROY AND SMALL STREAMS
NEAR PIQUA WERE READY TO SPILL OUT OF THEIR BANKS.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATE[R COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
