SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN NORTH DELAWARE

WEATHER RADAR SHOWS A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNMDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST
MARYLAND AROUND 20 MILES WEST OPF THE NEW CASTLEE COUNTY AIRPORT.
THESE ARE MOVING TOWARD THE EASTSOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL BE MOVING
INTO NEW CASTLE COUNTY BY 7PM. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN
EFFECT FOR NORTHERN DELAWARE WHICH INCLUDES NEW CASTLE COUNTY UNTIL
11PM TONIGHT.
THIS THUNDERSTORM CLUSTER HAS HAD A HISTORY OF WIND DAMAGE DURING THE
PAST HOUR. PERSONS IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY SHOULD BE ON THE ALERT IF
THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.
 
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
