AT 300 PM CDT...SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS IN CHEROKEE AND LABETTE
COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS...WILL LIKELY PRODUCE 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME BEFORE MOVING SOUTHEAST INTO NORTHEAST
OKLAHOMA.

 RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA WILL LIKELY FLOOD
STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. BE CAREFUL DRIVING AND DON/T TRY TO
