FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NEW HAMPSHIRE
          ...ROCKINGHAM
 
AT 1130 PM PORTSMOUTH POLICE REPORTED FLOODING WAS OCCURRING ON LOW
SPOTS ALONG ROUTE 1 AND ROUTE 1 BYPASS.
 
MORE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL IN ROCKINGHAM COUNTY OVERNIGHT AND
ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS LIKELY ESPECIALLY IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
