A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER MADISON AT 615 PM CDT MOVING
EAST AT 40 MPH. AT 615 PM A WIND GUST OF 63 MPH WAS REPORTED AT THE
AIRPORT IN MADISON.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55

WIZ-008-009-012-013-009-150100- SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI 710 PM CDT SAT OCT 14 1990 AT 700 PM CDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SHOWERS AND A FEW HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM FLORENCE AND MARINETTE COUNTIES SOUTH TO MENOMINEE...SHAWANO AND WAUPACA COUNTIES. THE HEAVIEST STORMS WERE LOCATED IN NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEASTERN WAUPACA COUNTIES NEAR NEW LONDON...CLINTONVILLE AND FREMONT. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 40 MILES PER HOUR. THE STORMS HAVE BEEN PRODUCING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 TO 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL AND WILL BE AFFECTING OUTAGAMIE AND WINNEBAGO COUNTIES BY 715 PM AND BROWN AND CALUMET COUNTIES NEAR 8PM.
