WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF COLORADO
      WESTERN ELBERT

AT 315 PM MDT...RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN
ELBERT COUNTY BETWEEN ELIZABETH AND KIOWA AND SOUTH OF ELBERT.
THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. PERSON IN
ELIZABETH SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE AND THIS STORM SHOULD BE OVER
KIOWA WITHIN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES.
