WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES
IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
SOUTHERN LOGAN...NORTHERN WICHITA
AT 255AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 50 MILES
SOUTH OF GOODLAND OR NORTH OF SELKIRK ALONG THE WICHITA
LOGAN COUNTY BORDER. THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
