AT 730 PM MDT A DEEP LOW PRESSURE PASSING OVER NORTHWEST KANSAS WAS CAUSING
STRONG GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS.  WINDS GUSTING TO OVER 60 MPH RECORDED AT
GOODLAND AIRPORT DURING THE PAST 15 MINUTES.  A FEW SHOWERS WERE INDICATED
BY RADAR OVER NORTHWEST KANSAS AT 730 PM MDT.
