THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH PART OF TEXAS
      SOUTHEAST TAYLOR

AT 420 PM CDT THE PUBLIC REPORTED FUNNEL CLOUDS 8 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF LAWN. THIS THUNDERSTORM SPAWNED A TORNADO SOUTHEAST OF WINTERS.
MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST 25 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS IN AND
AROUND LAWN SHOULD TAKE COVER UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
