THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY
IN THE WEST PART OF TEXAS
SCURRY
AT 606 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER LAKE J B
THOMAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM WILL PASS
BETWEEN SNYDER AND FLUVANNA DURING THE NEXT 45 MINUTES. ALL PERSONS
FROM LAKE J B THOMAS NORTHEASTWARD SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...GO TO A BASEMENT OR
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
