000 TTAA00 KSPS 052319 TORSPS TXC503-060015- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WICHITA FALLS TX 619 PM CDT THU APR 5 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA FALLS HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...YOUNG COUNTY AT 515 PM CST RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN SOUTHWEST YOUNG COUNTY WEST OF SOUTH BEND. THE SEVERE STORM CONTAINING THIS POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF SOUTH BEND AND ELIASVILLE. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS CONTINUED TO INCREASE IN INTENSITY DURING THE PAST 15 MINUTES. IT IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND HIGH WINDS. BOATERS AND CAMPERS IN THE LAKE TEXOMA AREA SHOULD TAKE PRECAUTIONARY ACTION IMMEDIATELY. THE THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING EASTNORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.
