A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM  WATCH IS IN EFFECT  UNTIL  10 AM CDT THIS MORNING FOR
THE SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST  PARTS OF NORTH TEXAS.  SOME  OF  THE CITIES
INCLUDED IN THE  WATCH ARE CORSICANA...ATHENS...TYLER...LONGVIEW...FAIRFIELD
...PALESTINE...AND RUSK.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR SEVERE STORMS
IN AND CLOSE TO THE  WATCH AREA THAT MAY PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS
...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.   PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR
THREATENING WEATHER AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE SAFETY ACTIONS IMMEDIATELY. ALSO
...LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS.

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR NORTHEAST TEXAS HAS BEEN REDEFINED TO INCLUDE THAT
PART OF NORTH TEXAS EAST  AND NORTH OF A CLARKSVILLE...BELTON...LUFKIN LINE.
