SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA
...WESTERN GREGORY...SOUTHERN AND EAST CENTRAL TRIPP...
SOME CITIES INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE COLOME...MILLBORRO AND
GREGORY AND BURKE SOUTH DAKOTA.
AT 645 PM CDT RADAR INDCIATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF COLOME OR 20 MILES SOUTH OF WINNER. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

REINFORCED SHELTER. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES WINDS IN EXCESS

AT 620 PM CDT AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS WAS 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WINNER. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR AND WAS INCREASING IN INTENSITY. AS WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM...HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE SOUTH OF WINNER BUT WILL EFFECT MOST OF SOUTHERN TRIPP COUNTY BY 730 PM CDT.
