WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF MINNESOTA
      MARSHALL

AT 855 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES EAST
OF GRAFTON NORTH DAKOTA OR NEAR STEPHEN MINNESOTA MOVING EAST AT
35 MILES AN HOUR. SOME TOWNS IN THE WARNING AREA ARE STEPHEN...
ARGYLE...WARREN AND VIKING.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
