AT 1125 AM EDT COLUMBUS WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF RAIN AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ABOUT 25 MILES WIDE AND EXTENDING FROM NEAR SELMA ALABAMA TO NEAR HAMILTON GEORGIA. THE MOST INTENSE OF THESE THUNERSTORMS WAS LOCATED BETWEEN HURTSBORO AND SEALE ALABAMA. THIS AREA OF RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH. AS THESE STORMS MOVE THROUGH YOUR AREA YOU CAN EXPECT HEAVY RAINS...SOME HAIL...LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS.
