FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA
 
   ...RICHMOND COUNTY
 
AT 745 AM NUMEROUS REPORTS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED OF FLOODING AND WASHED
OUT ROADS...MANY UNDER TWO FEET OF WATER. AUGUSTA AIRPORT RECIEVED
2.79 INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 6 AND 7 AM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
